COVID-19 Important Information update

We are open for business, but it’s certainly not business as usual!
Although we’ve been very fortunate to have no reported cases of COVID-19 within our group as of yet, it is certainly not business as usual at Eastern Renault. The health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority.
The COVID-19 virus has had tremendous impact on all of us and it has changed the way we do business. We want to share with you some of the precautions we have made to maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.
Increased Levels of Hygiene and Sanitisation
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitising high touch areas like our front counter, work desks, reception areas, waiting rooms, kitchens, doors, handles, as well as our bathrooms. All demonstrator and stock vehicles are cleaned and sanitised before and after each use.
Our Service Technicians will continue to wear protective rubber gloves and use plastic seat covers as well as disinfectant spray to clean and sanitise keys, gear knobs, steering wheels, consoles and door handles.
We are encouraging our employees to stay home and self-isolate if they experience any flu-like symptoms, or have any reason to believe they may have been exposed to the virus. Eastern Renault have existing policies in place for paid time off to any staff member that may feel they are affected by the virus.
Exceptional Guest Experience
Our Sales, Service and Parts Departments are committed to continuing the exceptional guest experience we are renowned for – but it is definitely not business as usual.
Social distancing has made the handshake a thing of the past but you are still as welcome as ever to visit our showroom and service centre.
If you are in need of a new vehicle but are unsure about leaving your home or office, our sales team are now offering off-site demonstrations and trade appraisals. The rest of the sales process can be handled via phone or email, from accessory and vehicle protection packages, finance and insurance, and settlement. We can even arrange off-site delivery of your next new vehicle for a complete 'contactless' experience.
The servicing of your vehicle has also never been easier with our team now offering pick up from your home or office and delivery after servicing has been completed, limiting all face-to-face contact.
We have changed the way we do business by taking action to mitigate the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus and will continue to closely monitor the situation and readily implement best practices to keep everyone safe during this unprecedented time.
